GM Apply Rulezz

First you have to put some information in it: Here is that information
But how many GM Applies? We are gonna do this:
-Every month a new GM.
-Every month are the Fake-GM's trying one week being a GM.
-Every month someone got 1 change! *This is added because otherwise a lot of requests will come
At the end of the week, we choose one of the Fake-GM's for being a Permanently-GM.
*If still nobody is good enough, nobody is gonna be a GM.
